Excellence in Action - Stars of the year 2025

At our December 2025 year-end function, Lifestyle Property Group came together to celebrate a year of growth, collaboration, and exceptional results. While every team member played a role in our success, four standout performers were recognized for their outstanding achievements. Here’s a closer look at what it took for each of them to earn their awards.

Wandile Dladla: Superstar Agent of the Year 2025 Award - “My Journey as a Real Estate Agent: From New Beginnings to Recognized Success

In 2023, I embarked on an exciting new chapter in my professional life—diving into the dynamic world of real estate. Coming from a different career path, I was initially filled with a mix of enthusiasm and uncertainty. Transitioning to a new industry is never easy, but I was determined to make it work.

My journey truly began when I joined the Lifestyle Property Group team, renowned for its comprehensive training and supportive environment. The team’s expert guidance and

mentorship equipped me with the knowledge and confidence I needed to navigate the real estate market. Through their training, I learned not only about property sales and marketing but also about building meaningful relationships with clients and understanding their

unique needs.

As I gained experience, I dedicated myself to continuous learning and improving my skills.

The early days were challenging, but each success, no matter how small, fueled my

passion and perseverance. I focused on providing exceptional service, listening attentively to clients, and staying committed to my goals.

Fast forward to the end of 2025, my efforts and dedication paid off in a big way. I was honored to receive the prestigious Superstar Agent of the Year award, recognizing my

achievements and contributions to the company. This accolade was a testament to the progress I had made and the trust I had built within the community. By this point, I had become one of the most successful agents at Lifestyle Property Group, consistently exceeding targets and helping clients find their dream homes.

Looking back, my journey from a complete career switch to becoming a top-performing real estate agent has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding. It’s a testament to the power of dedicated training, perseverance, and a passion for helping others. I am excited to see what the future holds and remain committed to delivering excellence in every transaction.

My story is just beginning, and I am grateful for the support of the Lifestyle Property Group team and the clients who have trusted me along the way. Here’s to many more years of success and growth in the real estate industry!”

Fortune Mzizi: Outstanding Dedication & Resilience Award – “Setbacks to Success: My Real Estate Journey

Starting my real estate career in January 2025 was both exciting and challenging. As a canvasser, I quickly discovered the value of cold calling. It allowed me to connect with clients and understand their needs, which was crucial in learning what homeowners truly require. In those first few weeks, I encountered a promising client interested in a property in Bronk Park for R1,000,000. We moved forward with an offer to purchase, but unfortunately, the seller increased the price to R1,600,000, and the deal fell through. That setback was tough, and it took me a weekend to recover.

However, the following Monday brought new opportunities. I found another client looking for properties in the R550,000 to R650,000 range. Unfortunately, financing fell through for that client as well. Yet, every experience taught me valuable lessons about structuring deals and understanding the market better.

As I continued, I collaborated with successful colleagues and built relationships with other agents, which expanded my network and helped me gain more listings. I worked with properties ranging from around R300,000 to R4,000,000, and that diversity helped me broaden my expertise. By my sixth month, I secured my first deal, and even though it took some time to finalize, the journey was incredibly rewarding.

Through these experiences, I found my passion and resilience in the real estate field, and every challenge strengthened my commitment to growth and success.

Toward the end of the year, receiving the Outstanding Dedication and Reliance award became a defining moment for me. It confirmed what the journey had been teaching me all along — that putting in the hours, staying consistent, and remaining fully committed truly pays off. That recognition wasn’t just about performance; it was proof that discipline, reliability, and belief in the process eventually return real results. It reminded me that every setback, every late day, and every lesson learned was shaping me into the professional I am becoming.”

Thea De Klerk: Outstanding Achievement Award 2025

“I am truly grateful and honoured to receive this Outstanding Achievement Award. As Rental Manager at Lifestyle Property Group, this recognition means a great deal to me, as it reflects the commitment, resilience, and dedication required to manage our rental portfolio successfully.

Working largely behind the scenes, my role involves long hours, constant problem-solving, and balancing the needs of both tenants and landlords. There are rewarding moments, but also challenging ones — from navigating difficult move-outs to managing late or unpaid rentals. Through it all, my focus has always been on maintaining strong relationships, ensuring clear communication, and delivering the highest level of service possible.

This achievement would not have been possible without the support, trust, and guidance of the Lifestyle Property Group team. I am grateful to work in an environment that values hard work, accountability, and excellence, and that allows me to grow both professionally and personally.”

Tumelo Makhubela: Hub Superstar of the year 2025

”I am super honored to have received the 2025 Employee of the Year award. Looking back at the past twelve months, I feel a deep sense of gratitude for my team and the opportunities I’ve had to contribute to our mission

Reaching this milestone wasn't about a single grand gesture, but rather a series of small, consistent habits like, Resilience & Collaboration.

Resilience: Like anyone else, I have faced setbacks, but I viewed and took them as learning opportunities rather than failures.

Collaboration: No one conquers & wins alone. This award is as much a reflection of the incredible support I receive from my colleagues as it is of my own work.

While I’m proud of what we achieved in 2025, I’m even more excited for the year ahead. I look forward to continuing our momentum and finding new ways to innovate in 2026.”
